Booting From USB/CD if your BIOS doesn’t support it ?

i want to install windows xp on a labtop that the bios dosent support USB/CD booting

can u please help me to find a way

If you've a Floppy you can download and use Windows XP Startup Disks which you can download from Microsoft

If you do not have any drive, you can boot from Network, if BIOS supporting this option. If this is not supported eather, than I would not know how to install anything...
