creating an enews

We now have an html file created so that it can be dropped into outlook and emailed off to all interested parties. We are wondering how we go about embedding this document so that it doesnt appear as an attachment, but as part of the mail?

It would also need to work so that when people forward it, it will not corrupt the images.

Is it possible for us to upload it onto a web site and sumhow get it to pull the info from there? we are currently doing that with the images but not the actual html file.

ANy urgent help would be appreciated, supposed to be mailed today!

I'm sure there is something out there that will do what you want, and I am interested to hear if you find it

But you should remember that in this age of spam and phishing, many people do not allow HTML or images in their email, ESPECIALLY stuff that is loaded from a 3rd-party server.
