distribution lists

I have a lot of names in my contacts.

each contact has a catagory

I want to build a distribution list for each catagory

how can I do this automatically

If you are using active directory and exchange server, you can build query based distribution lists.

If you are just using outlook without exchange.. You are gonna want to look into 3rd party distribution list manager

I havent tried it but this is a MS supported partner
