bakkee
Hi,I was wondering, is there an alternative to the detachedprogram option in the unattend.txt / winnt.sif file, available for use in sysprep.inf ?I've done some testing but can't seem to get it working. This might not be a surprise, as I can't find any mentioning of this beïng used. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.Erik Bakker.<edit> deleted some unneeded background info Edited November 2, 2006 by bakkee

kickarse
If I knew what DetachedProgram does it'd be a help
cluberti
No, because detached program runs at T-39 during the GUI mode portion of setup, and sysprep does not run that portion of setup when min-setup is called. Sysprep only runs the basic configuration and PNP detection components of setup (including SID regeneration, if requested), and as such there is no equivalent of T-39 during mini-setup. That's the main reason that DetachedProgram is not a valid sysprep.inf parameter.
