Okai, the thing is, we are alot of user, what i need to know is where these settings can be changed, not how, just where.

What i want to change is:

1. Known filetypes must be seen, like .exe and .zip and other known types.

2. And to view the directory in details. " View -> Details"

3. And "Use windows Classic folder.

I hope some of you are good in the windows registry and want to help me out here :)

After i find this out it would be alot easier to create a script doing this on all the companies where working for :)

If you run RegMon while playing around with the settings in the Folder Options dialog, you'll find it's under HKLM or HKCU \Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\Folder

It's obviously named... HideFileExt
