Help: Need to limit downloaded MB per user

I need an FTP server or a third party util to limit the amount of MB downloaded per user. (ex. user can only download 10MB then they are cut off for a set amount of time) I don't want to limit bandwidth just how much they can download.

Any help would be appreciated

Using download ratios in a FTP server program, you can set it so users can only download so much, before they are required to upload something. You can also set how much they must upload to how much they can download (hence the ratio)

For example, if your download ratio was set to 2:1

for every 2MB they uploaded, they could download 1MB

Im sure if you fiddle with some options, you can get what your looking for.
