Problems with XPize

Hey, all. Relatively new to this. I'm having a problem with XPize. I installed it, and the installation succeeded. Upon restart, however, my taskbar has no skin at all. It's the origional windows theme; though everything else has the Media Center theme on it. Any ideas?

I'm running on an HP Pavilion ze4540 Laptop.

On poking around some of the windows on my computer, I've found that everything EXCEPT for the task bar has succeeded.
