Sadly it seems I am unable to leave an attachment.

Every time I try I get:

The total filespace required to upload all the attached files is greater than your per post or global limit. Please reduce the number of attachments or the size of the attachments.

Yet, the attachment manager in the forum control panel reports:

You have used 136.06k of 4.88mb

I am just trying to upload a single text file, 193 KB (198,263 bytes).

I should be able to, since it's obviously not larger that the max allowed and I have plenty of quota left.

the file you tried to upload is around 200kb, and members are only allowed to upload max. 150kb. I changed it to 200kb now, so it should work fine. I changed the post for you, with the file included
