lsass error when using the windows live cd I made

Hey,

I followed a tutorial on this site which I found in a previous post:

It is an awsome tutorial, but I get an error when I run the ISO in my Virtual Machine. I am getting an lsass error. I followed the instructions for the first phase exactly.

Does the lsass.exe file and dlls get altered when making a live cd? Are the lsass.exe and dll files different on the hard drive than they are on the windows installation cd?

Anyone have a suggestion on how to fix? I included an attachment of the error.
