spitfire22 Posted January 1, 2002 Share Posted January 1, 2002 Hello everyone, heres my problem, running XP and trying to start IE (cable modem) it sits there for about 20 secs trying to "detect proxy settings" then it will connect, this is new problem everything was ok prev.
