classic logon with user list?

is there a way to use the classic logon, and have a drop down menu with the user liist so that users didnt have to type in the full usernames all the time?

Don't think so... The last user name that is displayed by default in the logon window is read from a single-string registry value, so it's most likely not possible without replacing the default MSGINA.DLL.
