Windows Media Player can't stream

I reinstalled Windows XP with nLite and now I can't listen to streaming XM Radio online.

I went back through my nLite tweaks and I checked all the Windows Media Player options. Specifically I think the problem is the "Disable all streaming protocols" tweak that I checked.

I've tried listening to the streaming music in Firefox and IE.

Firefox gives me this error message:

An operation failed due to a certification failure. (Error=80040295)

IE does nothing, the audio just won't play.

I've gone into the WMP options and tried everything with no success. Does anyone know I can undo the streaming tweak and get this working?
