Please assist with an odd problem

Thank you for such a promising package!

I have downloaded and read and reread the instructions in tutorial.txt.

I have Windows Explorer (Windows XP Media Center) set to show any and all hidden files, sub-folders, directories, etc. but with the Search feature, I cannot find either:

1. a folder named SVCPACK; or

2. a directory named I386; or

3. a file called svcpack.in_; or

4. a file called svcpack.inf

WTF? What am I doing wrong here?

Any assistance would be tremendously appreciated.
