Hopefully I can be helped out. Made a slight oopsie I think. Whenever I try to get to Microsoft update I get this error:

I think it was partly my fault as I decided to try and install the vista version on XP (don't ask) :P Can I remove things manually and start from scratch again or is it another XP reinstall.


You can select to not use Microsoft Update on the webpage. I can't remember exactly what to do, but search for "Microsoft Update" in this forum and you'll find out how.
