shane200_ Posted October 4, 2006 Posted October 4, 2006 I have a windows 2000 PDC and I would like to know if I can and a back DC with a 2003 server are I have to have both servers running 2000.
tain Posted October 4, 2006 Posted October 4, 2006 Not sure that I understand your question entirely...But I think you are asking if you can have 2 DCs on a network with one being 2003 and the other 2000. The answer to that is yes.
allen2 Posted October 5, 2006 Posted October 5, 2006 Unless your AD is in mixed mode to support old NT DC, you should be able to run a 2003 as a backup DC.
