Post XP service pack 2 wizzard

In winnt.sif i have set 1 autologin to admin account, turn off firewall and auto activation (windows is VLK so i should not be problem), included network drivers for all computers where i deploying installation, but i still have problem that after installation windows starts SP 2 wizzard and ask user to set up firewall, create admin account and actiavte windows. By wizzard i mean this i mean this thing:

I wasn't able to find solution for it on forums (i had probably searched for wrong keywords or something - as you can see im not good in english ): )

how to disable it?

EDIT: i probably solution - add OEMSkipWelcome=1 in winnt.sif under GuiUnattended section \:
