Nlite 1.2Beta Wont Integrate Ryans 2.12a Update Pack

Hello:

I run nLite 1.2beta and get the error message the Ryan's 2.12 Update pack is already integrated and wont install. I removed all of the Preset Files and started fresh, but still get the error.
