Is there a Lite Version of .Net Framework 2.0?

I use redistributable full version of .NET Framework 2.0.

the problem is that it takes too long to install.

so i was wondering: this tool is for developers, right? but i only install it with the purpose of running applications that need it, not to create or develop anything.

is there a lite version of .NET Framework 2.0 (preferencially on my language brazilian), that is installed most fast and have what it takes ONLY TO RUN programs that were developed by it and need it?
