Is WGA and the notifications update now the same thing?

Hey i was wondering if the newest version of WGA no included the notifications stuff. I downloaded and extracted both versions and this appears to be the case. thoughts?

I still think they are seperate. My unattended CD loads WGA, but I do not install the Notification. (KB905474) and when I go to Windows Update, it is still listed as a critical update.
