Big trouble on "computer browser" service

hey guys , i 'm just facing a big trouble ,i cannot start my " computer browser " service, the system told me to check the error code 2550 ," MaintainServerList=No " was included in the error description ,however ,i don't know how to fix it, anyone can help me? please!!!!
