Exactly I want to disable default compression off all new files like I can by Microsoft /integerte option.

Ho to save original files datetime unchanged?

It can be done if you give me a good reason.

Date is MS bug with makecab, well known. Replace your makecab.exe in system32 with some pre-sp2 I think, you'll have to check that on the net.
