SETUP.EXE - Unable to locate component

Hi, whenever I insert any disc into my dvd/cdwriter drive, I get an error message saying:

X This application has failed to start because the UxTheme.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

This occurs for any cds that has any setup.exe file on it that i put in the drive.

This happened right after I ran this cmd command in dos

does anybody know how to reverse this cmd?

Just place a new UXTheme.dll in the System32 Folder and the dllcache folder if it is mising from your computer.

And when you run the cmd file are you testing or is it after you have just formatted your computer.?
