jimmytan
Hi A colleague of mine sent an excel file to me and a few colleagues thru' Gmail. I can open the attachment after downloading. I am using an XP window and also Gmail. Another colleague of mine on the same mailing list is unable to open the file after downloading. He is using Win98SE also with Gmail. I forward the same mail to him and he is able to open the attachment. Then he ask the originator to resend the attachement to him and again he can't open the file. Can anyone advise? tain
What is the error message? What version of Excel/Office is being used? Not likely an OS-specific issue, moving this to the Excel forum.
