Adding folders (with software) that I want to install seperately on IS

Ive just used nLITE for the first time over the weekend to create a bootable ISO for MCE that Ive added a few programs I'd like always installed - and thats worked a treat.

However, what I would like to do, is to add to a DVDR disk, inside the Nlite ISO, separate folders that contains various small apps (and some bigger ones) that I may or may not want to install - but having the luxury of one single install disc with my fav bits and bobs on it.

Can this be done in nLITE - or would I have to create it seperately from the file structure that is produced? If yes, how (to part one) or seperately, whats the best way? (I ask this because I tried just burning the files and the disc wasnt bootable. I assume it can be done in NERO - but I didnt have it to hand when I was experimenting at the time.)

Cheers
