From there you can specify your own ins file. I didn't use the IEAK, but I installed it and looked at the Reference section in ieakhelp.chm to make my own INS file.

Example:

[Entry]
Entry_Name=Virgin24

[Phone]
Phone_Number=removed
Area_Code=
Country_Code=44
Country_ID=44
Dial_As_Is=Yes

[User]
Requires_Logon=Yes
Name=removed
Password=removed
Display_Password=yes

[Server]
SW_Compress=No
PW_Encrypt=No
Type=PPP
Network_Logon=no
SW_Encrypt=no
Negotiate_NetBEUI=no
Negotiate_IPX/SPX=no
Negotiate_TCP/IP=Yes

[TCP/IP]
Specify_Server_Address=No
IP_Header_Compress=No
Gateway_On_Remote=Yes
DNS_Address=
DNS_Alt_Address=

[ConnectionSettings]
ApplyInsToConnection=Virgin24
