links in outlook mail

i am luving vista but having a hard time with all the user account restrictions.

i am running RC1 and when i click on a link in an outlook email i get " This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator "

i have 2 questions

1. how can i fix this so i can go to the links in my emails?

2. is there a way to make me restrictions free and just open my user/sean up to full access of everything?

sorry to bump this but having to copy and paste all the links i get at work everyday is driving me crazy and i am really hoping someone might have an idea to fix this?

thanks for the link but this fix only enables links to be opened in explorer and i am a loyal firefox user. i guess i should have mentioned that in my first post.

at that point if it works with IE and not with FF, you may have to wait to see if it is an issue with the way FF is coded.

if you look at the link he provided, there is a selection for firefox also...

well i did all of that and it didnt work at first but everything is working now after a restart
