Calendaring Question

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003.

I have 2 Profiles.

I have 2 Exchange Mailboxes accounts.

Is it possible to synchonize my calendars from 1 mailbox to the other?

note: i can do this manually but i'm really hoping for a synchronization tool
