Resolution reverts back to VGA (640x480) after SECOND boot

I've been having this problem too - just happened upon this when searching for something unrelated - great luck for me - will be great to get rid of this - can I please just clarify where in the install I need to run the registry changes Acheron mentions, presumably RunOnceEx or something on first login?? And are they on their own enough or do I need other things too? (I'm using the HiveSys patch here to get 1024x768 during the install http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2274). Thanks

You should add it to the [AddReg] section of your HIVESYS.INF file wich you can find in i386 folder.
