Startup Control Panel 2.8

Featured Replies

could anybody help me please?

I need to know the switch to silently install Startup Control Panel 2.8

not sure what type of installer it uses. It starts with a box saying Press "install" to begin. with two buttons on the right "install" "cancel" when you install 2 boxes come up "finish" and "info"

any ideas what installer this is? thanks :)

You have to extract startup.inf and startup.cpl from the executable with winrar and then put this in your batch file:

ECHO.

ECHO Installing Startup Control Panel v2.8...

start /wait rundll32 setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 %systemdrive%\yourfolder\startup.inf

:)

I just extracted Startup.cpl and used the batch to copy it to system32 without worrying about the inf file. Is that no good?
