bonestonne Posted September 3, 2006 Posted September 3, 2006 my suggestions/thoughts on the matter:1) from what i know, Vista can only be installed over XP Home/Pro Sp1 or higher2) you may not have a full copy3) it may have burned too fast, MS suggests burning it 1-2x to insure best quality.which vista are you trying to install, there are a bunch..
prx984 Posted September 3, 2006 Posted September 3, 2006 try booting from the cd. you can install it as a full version, not just on top of a copy of windows.
