I ´ve two mobo´s, one an old via kt133 chipset & other new nforce2 chipset, biut i dont know what command to use in mi cmd text file to put both drivers in my unatttended XP cd and work in my two mobos?

Any idea?

If you put both of the drivers in, and put them both in the drivers path, then setup will only install the ones that are relavant to your currently installed harware.
