Microsoft Match-Up!

I recently downloaded Microsoft Match-Up! hoping it will be suitable for disabled users with poor hand-to-eye co-ordination.

Is it possible to increase the play time from 90 seconds to say, 180 seconds and also can we extend the time the cards are on display
