IE7 RC1 Note Missing

Hi, if the service Windows Updates is removed, then IE7 RC1 can not instal.

I think, that this is an important note, it took me a few reinstalls to find it out.

IE7 will just create a link on desktop: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917925
