Funny characters in desktop icons

I'm trying to get rid of a pesky desktop icon that is distracting me on my desktop. Now in my cleanup.cmd that I run at the end of the app installs I can delete normal ones, but this one has an accent in the name. ie "Clie' info.lnk". Sorry I used a single quote symbol, but hopefully you know what I mean.

Now the French have added immeasurably to the English language, but how the heck would I delete this desktop icon with an English keyboard symbol? Can someone help with an example for this particular icon?

Something like

del "%AllUsersProfile%\Desktop\...................."
