Renaming admin accounts

I looked through the unatended guide and at the MS Preinstall refrence and I can't quite figure it out.

I want to do the following:

1. Rename the admin account, change the password.

2. Create a bogus admin account and add it to the guests group.

3. This one I feel is almost in my grasp via a little more research but here it is anyways. Turn on Remote Desktop, Turn Off Windows firewall. Both are reg hacks but I can't quite figure out how to get them into the registery.

You either need CreateUser or WISCON.
