From: Line not showing e-mail address

This may be silly, but I cannot seem to figure it out. We have Outlook 2003 SP2 and most of our computers show in Outlook in the "From" line the persons name and then their email address within brackets. One of the machines we have does not. It just shows the name. Is there a setting I cannot find or something we are doing wrong that is causing this? She wants it because when she prints the email, it just shows the name and not any email address on her "from" line. Please Help!!!

Is this different from your other topic?

I think this question is referring to how the name is stored in Exchange. Contact your Exchange (mail server) administrator and ask them to change it.
