The only way of removing a restore point that i know of is, to disable system restore from the control panel and then re-enable it. You will be deleting all restore points on your system by doing this, and should create a new point immediately after you re-enable system restore. At the same time you can decrease the amount of space allocated for system restore if you choose.

Hope it helps. :)

Ive actually found a better way.

Open up the disk cleanup wizzard (Dclick My Computer --> Right click a hard disk --> Properties --> On the general tab, click Disk Cleanup)

When that window opens, click the More Options tab.

If you click Clean Up under System Restore down the bottom, it will remove all but the most recent restore point.
