Text in options menus

I've made a couple of windows cd's now with nlite (various versions of it throughout the last few months) and it seems that every time I make one and then install windows with it, some of the text in options menus gets cut off. For instance, in Windows Live Messenger, there's an option at the bottom, "Allow others to see that I have a webcam". When I install from the cd made with nlite, that option gets cut off to be "Allow others to see that I ha", and I have no idea why. When I make the cd and check it in a virtual computer (VMWare) it's fine, but when I go ahead and burn it, things get cut off, and as you can guess it's quite annoying having to guess what options I'm checking. Anyone know what it is I'm doing wrong?

Can you post a screenshot, maybe you change a DPI setting 96/120 ?
