B) M$ Visual Studio 6 does't install on somebody'

Can someone please tell me what files and system components does M$ VS6 uses to launch setup exe?

I don't seem to manage installing it at all???

MSI, I'm guessing. You should try downloading the Microsoft Installer from their website and installing it.
