Problems accessing Windows Update

I'm having problems accessing the Windows Update website.

Everytime I would go into the website, the IE window would always freeze. I've exited it several times, restarted my computer and it produces the same result. I even tried using IE tab for Firefox to access the website and no avail. Can anybody please help me? Thanks.

if you are using firefox you could try using a site called WindizUpdate...it will check you computer for updates, then install them

Yeah, I've been to that website, it doesn't show all the updates though. When I finished downloading those updates from that WindizUpdate, I went back to the Windows Update and it came up with more updates.
