CANNOT Login Domain

Hi, I have a DNS problem. I saw my server 2003 has a lot of virus this morning. So I repair it with server 2003 CD. Then I reinstalled SP1. But when I finished all this jobs. The DNS server cannot work on my 2003 server. And the event ID is 5781. Thus, all computers in my lab cannot login domain. Moreover, they cannot use my 2003 server as DNS server though the DNS server on server 2003 is already running. I think the problem is the DNS server is not working. When I use server 2003 and I use itself as DNS server and it works fine. But when other computers reference it as their DNS server, it doesn't respond. I don't know how to fix this problem.
