Help with Outlook Express

I just got a new computer and for some reason all of the attachments that come in, get removed from Outlook Express. I looked all over for a setting for this and I can find anything.

Anyone know how to change this?

Look under the Security tab under the Options...

I just checked and its there...

And when I say sometimes, I mean most of the time.
