Unattended installation with nForce4 chipset

I'm trying to install WinXP on a Dell XPS600 (with nForce4 chipset) using the unattended installation mechanism from Windows. Start WinPE and then winnt32.exe /unattended:... It works fine on any computer except those one with the Nvidia chipset. Neither supplying the driver nor interating the driver into the Windows sources (with nLite) work. The installation stops after the first reboot when Windows copies all driver. The error messages tells me, that Windows can not find the driver file what is definitely wrong. Was anybody able to install the nForce4 using the unattended mechanism?

Thanks and regards,

First post and guess what?

Yes, it's in the wrong place!

Perhaps, Unattended Windows or Device Drivers or even at a push, since you mentioned it nLite would prove more fruitful.
