Text Formatting

Hi Everyone

Wondered if anyone could help, im using Word 2003 to type a document, when ever i do a heading in Bold all the letters stack behind each other like one big pile, soon as i take the bold off it goes back into the normal word

When i bold a word anywere else its fine, its a strange one, also i emailed the document to someone else and its fine on theirs

I assume its something to do with the settings but could somebody point me in the right direction
