NCsamNB Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 I am using Outlook 2003 in an Exchange server 2003 enviroment. I have some users that would like to send out a mass mailing. But I don't want the customer to be able to reply to the employee directly. I want the customer to reply to a general email address. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to acheve this.
tain Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 I'm no Office expert, but I would try giving the people permissions to send the email "on behalf of" the mailbox you want to receive the replies. And then teach them how to use it.That oughta do it, but test it first.
