A File For My Windows Xp Installation, its the usbohci.sys

ok i tried to install windows xp professional and it went to the install page after restarting and it loaded and it said usbohci.sys file has been corrupt press any key to restart, so ive downloaded the file dont know if that was right thing to do. just curious where should i put it for the windows xp installer to find it and so i can replace the corrupted file?

Are you installing it from CD? I had similiar problem once before and belive it or not it was a faulty memory module ...
