Looking for some input regarding beta 3 to disable some of the extensive security features.

I just installed the new release this week (haven't spent much time analyzing it) and noticed that some applications will not load unless I manually select "run" from the dialog box, maybe it has something to do with file signatures. Has anyone located the setting within explorer to disable this option?

Another annoyance with this is the security banner loading above the header of a webpage along with the blank page displaying "Your security setting level puts your computer at risk" (same as header). A large annoyance when you set the browser to a custom security level. Any way to supress this banner and startup page, besidse supressing it for downloading of files and activex files?

Just noticed a forum specifically for IE beta... please move.
