adamamesf Posted July 16, 2006 Posted July 16, 2006 Hey guys, I was wondering if there was a way when I setup 2 pop3 email accounts to be checked in Outlook (2003), is there a way to send 1 to a different inbox/any folder? I would prefer a way where it goes to a folder that won't cause the new mail notification to show. Thanks for your help.
Esquire Posted July 17, 2006 Posted July 17, 2006 Tools > Rules and AlertsYou can manage incoming messages and where to place them using Rules. Not sure you can disable notification individually.

I couldn't figure out the envelope mail alert, but I was thinking if I turn it off, then make a rule for the accounts that I want it to work on that could work, but I couldn't find a script to turn that on.
