Could you help me unattended components install

I was wondering if theres a way to install all components automatically?

I have a Windows 2000 Adv. Server disk.

Could I use a command like * = On for all components.

Please could anyone give me a list so I can do unattended installs without missing components, or I want components but have to install them after the install.
