Choons Posted July 14, 2006 Posted July 14, 2006 Hopefully someone can help me out on this problem.Whenever I install the new streamlined version of XP Home with SP2, on setup I get the "USBECHI.SYS is corrupted " prompt. And that is far as I can go!I know it is to do with a Chipset driver, which is ok on my machine. I've reinstalled the updated driver. Reburnt the XPlite copy of my XP HOME with SP2 on about 3 or 4 occasions.I know this is a common problem with a minority, but have not seen any answers to a fix.Can anyone shine any light on the mater please. I don't want to give up on Nlite just yet!!!Thanks
